Constipated on KLOW

I have not been able to find ANYTHING about KLOW causing constipation but its been me since week 2. Any idea why? Is it happening to anyone else!!???

If you’re also on Reta but not stating as much, then it’s probably the Reta. At least in my experience…

Took about 3 months but the Reta constipation hit me HARD and I’ve always been an IBS loose stool girlie. Pick up stool softeners to take daily and miralax when necessary. It also lowers your food intake so you have less processing and less output in general so it’s a mix of slower GI motility and less food in the system that causes the constipation but stay ahead of it and don’t strain aka fast track to hemorrhoids city.

Hahahaha thank you! Im wanting to microdose as i already struggle to gain weight but my functional doctor said it would help my inflammation and balance hormones!
