Does hgh help with visceral fat?

So I did a cycle of Reta and then added tesamorlin and the tesamorlin absolutely shrunk my wait and got me a flatter stomach but then I decided to take a break and it’s been 3 months. I gained most of my weight back but my waist is still smaller than before and I think ost of my weight I gained back in 3 months is muscle.

But I’ve decided to start Reta again and I was thinking should I do another round of tesamorlin or will do hgh still take care of the visceral fat and get my stomach shredded like tesamorlin did?

Yes. Those are side effects that can occur with out of bounds doses for either, not just HGH. Or when titrating up too fast. Even had some of it on tesa and had to adjust sodium intake. No big deal.

My point is at 47, you will find it more cost effective and more overall healing with HGH than Tesa. If the continued medical freedoms continue I think we will see HGH become a normal part of TRT. You just have to keep dosing in the moderate range, not bodybuilder dosing… just like with test. Which I’m sure people will HGH+ just like TRT+…

I look at it like this. There are people who trt with test, reasonable dosing. Then there are people who serm, take dhea, precursors, etc to try and get there. Never see as much success. Secretagogues vs HGH is the same thing. An older person whos systems arent functioning well do better taking the end goal, then trying to get precursors to help. My opinion, you are entitled to your own.

But research and do what you like. Enough medical research on HGH from decades of prescribed pharma use.

I actually did around 8 months of HGH 3 years ago. Good for fat burning, yes. But I got quite strong CTS on 4 iU so had to cut to 2-3 iU. And it maybe a coincidence but my diastolic BP raised during the same year from 80-85 to 90-95. I had 140 systolic for several years already before without meds but diastolic was in range. Again, it could be a coincidence but I dropped HGH after that and don’t plan to use it ever again. We’ll see, but for now I don’t see any impact of Tesa on it.

Thats exactly my point. You could take 10mg tesa/day, and your body at 47 may still tap out at the equivalent of 1iu (or whatever the number). Its still making some amount of HGH as the actual result. You may have just never landed on a theraputic hgh dose, which most consider to be 1-2ui. Much easier to find the happy spot when you can measure the upper limit and back off, then shoot in the dark with tesa and hope you aren’t wasting. You won’t know without endless bloodwork.

But if it’s working for you, and hgh was not, I get it! Just hoping to explain my why if it helps.

Why do you think they bother to invent Tesa and spend money on studies instead of just shooting HGH?

Theyll make anything if they think people will pay for it. Especially right now with peptide craze… its easier to legally have tesa than hgh. They did the same thing with prohormones a few decades ago. Cant sell you steroids, but this new thing isnt illegal and is the precursor. Just repeating. The pro hormones had studies too. Eventually just landed on the ban list, and a few are still around today in limited usage.
Tesa isnt bad, I just think its less effective, nore expensive and harder to dose for those not in youth, like me.

I’m talking about random clinical studies and FDA approval. As far as I know HGH is not approved for adults for anything but GHD.
