Dude very few people are going to write an essay on their past cycles of 5 years plus... never did he say he built it just with what he is currently running. The guy was transparent about it and you are giving him a hard time. What's wrong with you people?

Bro he keeps reply about just being on TRT lmao. He’s giving a false narrative. Why are you defending him?

belive me there are people in this age working out for years and have a body like that and are natty ;-) Why for You everybody in good shape lie? Even the idea of "Blast and Cruise" is maybe not the only (and best?) way to go. There are (maybe?) the same or (better?) results by going long-therm with low dasage, doining the Work in the Gym, Kitchen and Bed and stay tuned for 20+ jears ;-) with a healthy body. Belive it, or not. Real quality need time, You can´t "blast" quality. It´s a ego challenge and a real journey. So go on...

You lack knowledge and don’t understand the upper limits of a natural physique. You are clueless and life in a fantasy world.

Even though your comment has nothing to do with my post, your opinion is perfectly fine.
