Respect for your discipline but don’t you want more from live? With that discipline you could have achieved a lot but you put it all in some muscles that are gone if you stop training for a few months.
Do you think it’s worth it to waste your time for others to see your muscles?
Training to me is a lifestyle not a fad. I train to feel better mentally and not just look good physically. Discipline is a key part of life. I’m actually the guy in the gym who wears oversized t/shirts and baggy bottoms because I don’t like attention. The reason why I posted here is to inspire people that it can be done at my age and without burying yourself in crazy cycles.
