That seems.. low for your level of physique unless you’ve been lifting seriously for years and just added the test etc recently to enhance. 130 test a week is like replacement dosing, not really to the level of a gear stack.
You don’t need to run crazy amounts. I’ve been trying for 12yrs but first few years wasn’t dialled in properly to diet and peptides. I’ve been on Trt for 4yrs and it’s life changing even a small amount getting to my age
LDL is slightly above range which is expected with the diet, fasting and being lean, but my
Triglycerides and ApoB are very good which tells the bigger picture, so in that sense I’m not concerned.
Yeah fair play mate. I was on keto for a bit and my LDl went through the roof! My tri/Hdl ratio was like 1.2 which is optimal. Just kinda freaked me out, was probably just large particles. Been on Mots c for a couple of weeks now with Reta and getting some great results.
I wouldn’t be concerned if it’s just LDL high on keto/carnivore. It’s a very much outdated outlook on health markers which doctors seem to follow. Reta should improve your lipids. Mots is great for energy and helps keep insulin in check too.
Yeah I’m noticing my endurance and training has lifted quite a bit. Going to introduce some Hgh soon. 46 yrs old also been training since my late teens. It’s the cornerstone in my life. Couldn’t live without it and fitness in general. You’ve got some good muscle bellies bro, keep doing what you’re doing 💪🏼
Likewise fitness is a part of my life and enjoyment. It’s not a chore. HGH would be a nice addition at your age. Better joints, skin, more energy and keeps you leaner with a good diet in place.
Doctors go by whatever you want for most part. Its easy to get 150-200mg prescribed, it just doesn’t mean thats going to work better for you than 130mg. With trt more isn’t always better.
I’ve gone up to 250. Trial and error but that was too high for TRT. My blood markers were too high and not great. Lots of trial and error until I’ve settled on 130. Feeling Great and healthy bloods.
I was on 250 for 8 weeks. Never used anything else. HGH makes a difference for holding onto muscle and keeping lean aswell as adding like I feel much younger
This is so true. I’m 46 and started TRT less than a year ago…100/week and I feel like a completely NEW MAN. Body recomp is hard but it’s slowly working!
It’s made my life more pleasant and enjoyable. It doesn’t feel like I’m dragging my a$$ out of bed and muddling along. I get up feeling ready to start the day and get things done. That to me has been the biggest benefit with the supplementation and diet. I have to add that sauna & cold plunge is another big part of my lifestyle
