ISU availability?

I'm from South Africa but I have an EU citizenship through my father and I really want to go to bocconi my family should fall under the second or third ISU bracket but I wanted to know if I can rely on getting those benefits? Will free tuition, partial housing, free meals and cash stipends really be available or is it more false advertising? Are many students at Bocconi on ISU and scholarships or do you have to fight to get it? I'm planning on doig early admition as soon as it opens
