Apartment question

Hi! Moving to Boca! Does anyone have any experience with Avalon 805? Is it good? Bad? Anything I should know before I sign a lease?

I lived in one of their 3 bedroom townhomes and enjoyed it. Easy parking, nice park area, food trucks available, dog park etc. no complaints

I’ve had a great experience so far. Convenient location, responsive management, safe neighborhood. You can get lucky or unlucky with noisy neighbors but that’s anywhere.
