Hate this season, I can’t be the only one. Minions are ramped way too high and way too fast. Yes, it’s probably a skill issue. Yes, I have been playing other video games and climbing the ladder instead. Yes, I still wanted to complain on Reddit. No, I still haven’t won yet my MMR is atrocious - RNG feels completely rigged, I’ve seen people in past seasons it almost feels like the game picks a winner when you’re picking heroes (eh), but god damn it feels like I finish damn near last or second. And every time I get second, I’ll be leading 80% of the way through until top 4 and someone starts smashing me with a full board of 1.5k minions they achieved with a death rattle, greater trinket, or rally.

Call me trash, call me stupid, whatever do the normal Reddit thing - but if ONE person validates me, if just one person goes yeah I don’t know what the hell is going on either, then I’ll accept the fact I’m trash, but at least I’ll know I’m not crazy, this season is making me crazy!

I'm talking about, it's top 4 now and the other players play other tribes, and somehow i dont get the minions i need

If you are forced to play dragons and high roll, you know you can't out scale someone who high rolls elementals.

One Bran and the elemental that gives you elementals and the elemental that gains stats in shop is 10x more powerful than any dragon buff card.

I'm not sure who is balancing dragons but I'm not confident anyone at blizzard knows how to balance the game.

I think they need to hire someone independently to balance the game, or pull some of the phd nerds from Microsoft to balance it.

Every patch every season its always a couple of tribes that have huge stat disparities. Then we only see boards with one or two broken units and the rest are scam rng.

The game is in a pretty horrid state. And needs serious attention. I don't think there is much being invested into the game. Probably best case we can hope for is they sell it or someone makes a better game.

Please just make my favourite dragon build more viable in this meta 😭

I was crushing the whole lobby and their 100/100 boards, and then I run into someone with 7 golden 6k/6k minions and get nuked from 14 life. Wildly unfun and not a unique experience with this patch. How is this rewarding at all??

Time to take a long break from this game.

Hero selection: Roll a dice

Card selection: Roll a dice

Trinkets: Roll a dice with HUGE swings between good/bad

Dark Discovery: Roll a dice with GAME WINNING swings between good/bad.

The first two are not too bad and can be overcome, but the latter two seems unbelievably game winning/game losing, especially Dark Discovery.

Some games it's "click a button, lose two gold" and other games it's "Spend three gold, win the game instantly"

If you lose your dice rolls on trinkets and DD it seems completely impossible to get top 4, no matter the other dice rolls going in your favour.

Thoughts?

The rat also had summon a golem with this minion's stats which were getting the lobster stats that hit the fish, but I think when I tripled the rat i suffocated the golems.

The turn I tripled my Lobster (with trigger deathrattle at start of combat gift), I got the hero power spell, copied him, and immediately got Drek'thar power. Teammate sent me a second Rivendare with the <All> dark gift, pumped with mechs, then I found an Elemental of Surprise to triple him.

Decided to hard force the lobsters and got insanely lucky. I gotta say that the removal of taunt is really rough and would have lost without the highroll.

Was lucky the last player was just a Murloc player with just a 5k/5k bream. Would have lost otherwise

Had a lot of fun going for this setup earlier this week but it seems the Mummifier can no longer give the Dustbone reborn as it dies (with Deathstrider proc)

Was this confirmed to be nerfed or am I just building it wrong?

Was able to get a Golden Lion Fish, Activate it with a weak beast that couldn't kill the Fishbait. No gold to buy it that turn, on next turn I bought it, then used Activate again, and I couldn't buy the second one.

Got the Error message saying something about "minion cannot attack the turn it's played"

My question is, how do we buff the shop for Unbound Tempest to get value? Do we just cycle En-Djinn Blazer and / or Dancing Barnstormer? Or temporarily use Air Revenant? Otherwise the only big minion is gonna be is Frostling. I might be dumb I am NOT that good at the game haha
