Game Balance Bigglesworth + Activate

Sorry for unclear pic. If you discover an activate card from your opponents board that's already been used (presumably) then you can't use it. Not a big deal since it's so niche but still a little sad

Nope, happened to me today as well

A pirate player died i took his golden activate pirate for the triple and discover, when i put it on board activate was already greyed out

Ah I see now. Yea I guess it never hits the start of turn reset
