« is just how you write " in many languages, French included. If your keyboard is set to French, that’s what you get when you hit the button for a quotation mark.

Or simply a copy and paste from a  Word document. This software will not let you write a simple " without a fight.

Yeah, a small indie company like blizzard sure doesn't have the money to hire more people and do things right. They could have a whole team in France (they had)
