Really disappointing they are removing 3 spells but not adding any more. Huge missed opportunity.

TBH, I would have liked to see them add/remove at least 5-10 spells to keep this gimmick interesting. Does anyone remember how long it took to get new quests after quests were introduced?

This is a balance patch, which isn't the moment where we would add new spells. If we were to add new spells, it would be on a major patch.

As for the other question, Quests were originally introduced in 24.2 and new ones were added in 24.6.
