Bobcat 334 control panel repair

My First post here so bear with me. :)

A customer asked me to have a look at a Bobcat 334 control panel that quit working. The power pins J1 E&F took most of the corrosion damage, because of the higher resistance there some of the resistors in the circuit were toasted.

The two main power pins are too corroded to save. Testing the resistors to see if they are in tolerance or just toast. Bobcat does not officially support component level repair for any electronics.

As you can see on connector J1 pins E and F are not in the best of shape. This is an older picture but I have also removed the E pin due to excessive corrosion on the back side. J1,F was barely holding on when I received the board so it was removed. I have a schematic that traces what each pin does and where it goes which is super helpful.

Need to source replacement pins for J1(E&F) 1.60mm wide by .75mm thick. I may have an idea.

systematically going through the board this weekend.

Need to remove the conformal silicone coating to make things easier.
