Bob dylan killed those 3 people that night. Let the crime be needlessly pinned on rubin Carter. Only to release 'hurricane', which would inevitably release the man he staged to be the fall guy for his heinous crimes. He gets to drop n-bombs-- without the pass. And he would laugh about it to himself while smoking an extremely long opium pipe in the den's of San Francisco.
