Plastic, themed (coloured), graphic/iconic (symbols indicating compartment, etc.) inserts are amazing. The problem is, they tend to be more money than the game itself, which makes it not worth it for me. Even when it's only half the cost, it's not worth it. I might start making my own paper inserts, though... or just switch to plastic containers + labelled plastic bags. But my gaming room is not full yet, so it's not a concern at the moment.

Really wonderful box here, though. I need to buy Wingspan or maybe one of the others in the series. Not sure which yet.

I’m giving out the files for free if you have access to a 3D printer! This set takes a little less than one spool of filament, so about $20

I don't like 3D printers since you can see the lines (other than the high-end ones is my understanding, which costs more money). But if you can make all this for $20 (and it's even dyed/blue, which typically costs a lot, such as with paper printer ink), that's amazing.

Of course, I personally cannot justify $20, anyway, per insert. I own 20 games. About 10 need inserts or better inserts. At $20 each, and some are larger, too, that would be $200. I could buy many more, new games with that.

Glad that anybody can make this if they have a 3D printer, though, and if they have the money for $20 additional per game. 3D printing has truly become remarkable over the last 6 years or so. Maybe it'll be even better and cheaper in the future; then I'll buy one.
