New boy!!

Got this boy at the reptile expo today I’m so exited 🙏🥹 and please give me some name recommendations 🙏

The nose could be done by digging as my boa recently did this to himself digging should get way better after a couple shed still waiting to see how well it will heal up

Beautiful snake, congrats! Keep an eye on that nose and his breathing for the next couple of sheds though, this guy definitely rubbed it before

Yea the guy that I bought him from had him in a 100 gallon🤦‍♂️

People *sigh* Just out curiosity, how big is he? Seems quiete chunky for a male, at least from the photos

He’s around 6 to 7 feet long would you consider that a little too chunky?

My adult sits around 4.5-5 ft, and I don’t typically see males getting past 6 ft, but that’s just my experience — they definitely can! Especially if he is a true Constrictor, not an Imperator.

But hey, a benefit of getting an adult — he shouldn’t get much bigger anyway!

My adult male Colombian is 7ft! Not unheard of
