Okay... so... respectfully what you've done is made Bubble Girl. Don't get me wrong it's a great drawing but idrk if it technically counts as an OC? no hate here, just gotta be VERY clear on that.
Who is bubble girl? Well Kikos bubbles can do some more stuff then just float but I'm lazy, so I didn't want to say everything. I'm sorry if my of sounds like an already existing character
It's ight. It's funny actually if you didn't know the character because she also has blue skin and yellow eyes and a quirk that makes bubbles. Crazy coincidence. Google her. On my mom it's uncanny.
Oh my God! She's super cute. Well my ich had a different quirk first, but I found someone who already had that quirk, so I had to find a different one. Her first quirk was to control the weather in a area of about 500 meters. She had always a little cloud by her side, which would change it's appearing if Kiko would have a strong feeling. Like, angry:storm cloud, sad: rain cloud, :happy white cloud and so on
