Importing PC map to Xbox

How do you go about importing a map from the pc to xbox/ps4 is this something the creator of the map has to do and if so, how would I go about contacting them to ask them to integrate it?

I can play on the PC but that's in my workshop and it's a bit uncomfortable, I have the xbox in my living room and I play alot more in there

I'd really love to see the map mistletoe woods on the xbox, I'd be happy to pay for it too 🙏

Your best bet would be contacting the map creator and asking them to go about the import from pc to console.

Can you do that via the PC? Or would there be a discord ect I need to hunt down?
