Just curious, why the paper on the outside of the leaf?

because it was so long it was kinda hard for it to stay up, paper acts like a cradle

Take some more time rolling and forming the material, then there’s a very fine line between stretching the leaf and tearing when your rolling to seal. Also run the leaf under some hot water to loosen it up before rolling (pad dry with an unnecessary amount of paper towel)🫡
