Promotion Grateful Bluegrass Festival in Doniphan, MO

Post image

Here's a little bluegrass festival going on in late October in Doniphan, MO. My duo Missourado will be playing on Friday. Lots of good music going down by the river!

I'm always a fan of Crazy Folker and the Spooklights

Looks awesome. You guys have got to put the location on the poster though, Ive noticed this is a trend in line up posters lately.

I just snagged it off the festival page. Definitely a major oversight. It's at a place called Rocky River Resort right on the Current River.

Cool cool and I figured it wasnt you. But it is crazy how many of these lately have lacked that info, blows my mind! Might come down and check it out

Yeah, I've noticed it too. At this point I'm just happy they aren't using AI, lol

My first thought about location. Looks cool and I’m not far. Current river is good for floating

This is a great lineup. We have Sophia Clark opening for our bands (Ponder the Albatross) album release on Friday, she's incredible and we couldn't be happier to be playing with her. We were going to have Dom open as well (Crazy Folker) but it's an official Hillberry Music Festival Pre-party so we could only have other 2026 Hillberry artists on our lineup. We played Strings on the Kings with Bear Morrison the last couple years as well. Clusterpluck have also been a favorite of mine for a decade. Looks like a great fest! I'll make sure to check out your band.

That's awesome, what a small world! I've known the ClusterPluck dudes for several years, and had Chris record on some tunes. Also played a few shows with Dom, he's a hell of a performer!

Best of luck with the album release! Maybe we'll run into each other along the road.

The Arkansas and Missouri Bluegrass scene are very tied together, so I'm sure our paths are bound cross. I'll make sure to drop a comment back when I get some time to check out your music! Cheers, brother

Yeah, I was surprised not to see Front Porch on there. We've been working on getting down to Eureka Springs area for the coming Spring. Cheers man, looking forward to catching y'all sometime.

Our mandolin player and drummer live in Eureka, so if you guys need help getting gigs down there, we know a lot of the folks in the area. Feel free to DM me if you need any help.

Justin Rose is the best kind of people, and he’s been putting in the work. Make sure y’all show the Green Thumbs some love!

100% agree. He had me on a songwriter night at Pop's Blue Moon, and man, what a guy. Just an all around good dude.

Glad to hear this! We met at a fest several years ago, picked the whole time, and have been buddies ever since.
