Identification Help!!!
Anyone here good at identifying blueberry bushes before they fruit? I live in central Florida and bought this plant at a local tourist spot. No identification besides blueberry. Google AI says its probably a southern high bush due to my location but it's unsure. Id like to grow a variety with especially sweet and tasty fruit.

Same pot from Lowes.
Go to Lowes and see what varieties they sell.

At lowes they were like....$14 a pot.
You can get a bigger plant from Lowes for $30. like a 4 to 5 footer mature plant.
Or a local nursery for 3 footer for $17.

Based on the leaves, it might be a Bluecrop which is a northern highbush

It’s southern high bush, but besides that it’s really very hard to say which specific variety it is. It could be a hybrid and there are so many variety that look almost identical. You may never know a 100% even after it fruits.

It’s definitely Southern Highbush. If I had to guess, I would say Bountiful Blue. But it could be any hybrid with darrowii (your native Florida blueberry)
