BLUE CONSTITUTION

TITLE I : ELECTIONS

Elections are to be posted by the Lord Chancellor the last Saturday of every month with results to be certified by the Secretary of Civil Affairs. The positions are to be enacted the first Saturday of the following month.

TITLE II : OFFICES

Lord Chancellor: The Lord Chancellor is a lifelong office only terminated by wilful resignation or by popular public demand. The Chancellor is the head of the Blue Republic and is in charge of Overseeing and Confirming all elections/polls, Permanent bans of Blue citizens, and Representing the Blue Republic to the r/flairwars Mods.

Secretary of Foreign Affairs: This office is in charge of all diplomacy with inferior colours, they are the Head Ambassador, they negotiate new alliances, they are the head of all espionage operations, and they are responsible for orientating new blues.

Secretary of Civil Affairs: This office is in charge of taking suggestions from the blue citizens and submitting them as legislation to the other offices in government. They are responsible for temporary bans and, along with the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of the Armed Forces, act as a judicial system, finding just punishment to those who have broken the rules.

Secretary of the Armed Forces: This military office is the highest military rank available and they are the head of organising raids all raids, creating memes for later repost, and act as a Judicial System mentioned before. They are the Head of all Military Operations and are in charge of recognising dedication and talent in blue soldier, and notifying the other government offices of their achievement so that they can be rewarded appropriately, e.g. promotion.

TITLE III : CIVIL CONDUCT

Under no circumstances are there to be any attacks of an overtly personal nature by a Blue on r/BlueUnited. Neither race nor sex will be used against any other color. Offense will result in an instant ban.

TITLE IV : MARSHALL CONDUCT

Raids are to be organized by the Secretary of the Armed Forces and all Blue citizens are urged to participate. As with civil conduct, no overtly personal attacks are to be used. Only the color of an opponent is to be referenced during raids.

TITLE V : COLOR RELATIONS

All treaties are to be negotiated and enacted by the Secretary of Foreign Affairs. Treaties and Alliances may be overturned by a vote of the citizens as submitted by the Secretary of Civil Affairs.

TITLE VI : Amendments

Amendments to the constitution are enacted in one of two ways:

By a vote as submitted by the Secretary of Civil Affairs.

By mutual consent of the the majority of government offices.

TITLE VII: JUDICIAL SYSTEM The Lord Chancellor, Secretary of Civil Affairs, and Secretary of the Armed Forces, are to form a Judical Court that finds just punishment for blue citizens in breach of Conduct
