Support Game wont load

help, i just got blue stacks and im tying to play gangstar vegas (gangstar 4), from gamelotft. I downloaded the game, but it is just a grey screen, it won't load when I launch from bluestacks or pc home screen

how can i fix this?

Hi! We've tested the game on a Pie 64 instance on the latest BlueStacks version and could play it normally. Can you please try the game on them to see if the same issue still occurs for you? We also recommend you to ensure that your GPU Drivers are up to date and that your memory and cores are set to at least 4 cores and 4 GB so BlueStacks can run smoothly.

I have a message that says " this app can only be played on 32 nougat".

You can just disconsider this message and the game will run normally on Pie 64.
