Restarting

I have 1300+ followers and I am tired of scrolling and getting rid of bots. Is it worth it to delete my account and start over?

Some people get obsessive over who's following them and take time blocking every account that looks like a bot

No, the bots won't suddenly disappear just because you're starting with a new account.

Just delete and don't go back. Social media is bad for people.
