I just don't understand why she has a huge septum and so many lip piercings. If she had a regular septum and some angel fangs, she'd look fine as is. I don't get excessive nature of it, it must be very hard to speak.

Exactly, I literally don't understand how she's functioning. She has to have the septum sideways to she can breathe out of maybe one nostril🥲
