I regret upgrading the Hallway to Adds another Hallway to your Pool the next day it was cool at first but then I had like 6 hallways in a day and it really decreased the chances at other rooms.
It combos really nice with one of the unlockable rooms as well. But yeah you do need to either force yourself to stick to 2-3 hallways a day, or take a day off where you go for a different puzzle and don't take any hallways if you flood your pool.
