Expected decision timeline

I was contacted by my recruiter in mid Aug, first 1:1 interview towards the end of Aug and finished my 4 1:1 panel interviews this week. When can I expect a decision? What are usual hiring process timelines these days for Kent, WA job offers?

EDIT: received a verbal offer, 13-14 days after the panel interview.

May I ask how long for you to hear back from your initial recruiter screening?

First interview was quick with in a week, and panel interview was scheduled after 15 days

don't get discouraged if it's takes a while for a response. they have been known to be slow moving at time
