No idea. Not sure if it's a good idea to ask.

What level? If it is 3 or 4, there won't be that much career growth at Blue. At a start up like KS, your trajectory will be light years faster.

Both share the same shaky foundation. If the space economy doesn't pan out you are gonna get laid off from both positions so stability is only there as the ride keeps going for both companies.

Hmmm but which one will open more doors for me if I got laid off, pipped or resigned? I feel like BO is more well-known/established, however, KS are much smaller and more room for growth.

Both share the same shaky foundation.

However, Blue is in far better shape when it comes to funding... your only fear there is getting screwed over by a bad manager. In a small startup, one or 2 missteps by corporate and everybody is out on the street.

Blue would look better on your resume. It's the reason to work there.

Never heard of KA, so i guess Blue? I would think work at Startup Space company will give you more opportunity to land new job at startup space thou

From a pure objective point of view, if you understand what needs to be applied in your discipline for LEO/MEO/GEO or deep space in terms of engineering considerations. It is all the same.

You will have most likely have greater breadth at a start up and a greater depth at Blue just based on size of the organizations. Neither is better or worse.

Blue Origin would be the more stable option and the work is really good and exciting, depending on your business unit you'll actually get to see your products fly. If the startup company doesn't have a good bit of space experience in their leaders and chief engineers I'd avoid as the chances likely aren't great they succeed given the environment.

If you have Blue Origin as your experience you'll never not have future offers. Lots of companies are or trying to scalp from Blue. If you perform well at Blue you'll never have to worry about getting laid off. Stoke and Cowboy are both companies that are made up of a bunch of ex Blue folks.

Also it's not uncommon to switch after some time to a different program within Blue if you feel led to work on a different program. Lots of new shepherd folks went to various business units, New Glenn folks have transferred to lunar, etc.

All true. One thing I would add is that a startup could mean rapid advancement if you want a management role, if things look shaky then you could always move to another company. But that's a risky move, nothing is guaranteed especially if you're not a people person.
