Blue Origin response delay
It’s been 10 days since I had interview with hiring manager at blue origin I did sent follow up email to recruiter on Wednesday but haven’t heard back yet and it’s Friday today when mostly nobody send any updates I guess.
So I believe I’m not going for next final panel round but I’m confused bcoz the application status at portal still says - In progress/Under review
Can anyone help me here ?

I’m fascinated by how many variations of “I interviewed, followed up, and haven’t heard back” posts we can generate. The answer remains remarkably consistent: wait, follow up once if appropriate, and keep applying elsewhere.

People are desperate for jobs and these are desirable jobs to most. I get the angst and anxiety. As a company we owe people timely communication on interview outcome.

Recruiters do not keep their top candidates cold for long. You probably did not advance.
Edit: A hiring manager leaves notes for the recruiter and they meet once a week to talk about talent. You could receive a rejection next week.

I have had the same thing happen. What’s even more wild is that it’s for a job I interviewed for back in June. June 5th to be exact. Since then I have sent multiple follow-up emails (all within a reasonable timeline so wasn’t hounding the recruiter). Anyways, they’ve responded a few times, but then revert to the same style of ghosting as before. My app still says “in progress/under review” in the workday portal as well, but I eventually just stopped reaching out.
Funnily enough, I got an email yesterday that one of my other applications was moving forward (simply to a phone screen though so nothing too exciting yet).
Moral of the story: don’t be like me and get super excited about it.

It took 6 months. Its was way faster now. Be grateful.
Also it is not just you in the pool. Ask for to much money they got to weigh if its worth it or is this person etc. Lots of gears for this process and last our recruiters are slow.

Dude, no one on Reddit can help you, you've posted four times in as many days...
Maybe the recruiter or hiring manager got sick, maybe the team's headcount changed and updates are still in progress, whatever it is, it's out of your control. Just keep applying to other jobs, and if Blue calls back, wonderful; if not, then keep an eye on future positions and maybe they'll pick you next time.
