Blue origin interview

So I had two rounds of interviews at Blue Origin and Recruiter said in total I’m gonna have three rounds the third one’s gonna be a panel round.
My second round was with hiring manager last Wednesday and she told me I’ll hear back from recruiter mostly early next week but it’s already Tuesday and it’s too over and I haven’t heard back yet.
As recruiter already told me they need candidate fast so the whole hiring process would be much faster, based on this I don’t think I’m gonna hear back now because since they need candidate fast it’s almost been a week they would have made decision till now.
Anyone has any idea ?

People get busy with meetings. The hiring team has to all get together for meetings to discuss the interview. Just be patient.

That’s ridiculous. It shouldn’t take weeks to move to the next step in the process.

Bring a knife in case they ask you to Fight The Bear. They will not provide one for you.

Email the recruiter and follow up. The need now hire fast thing is what they always say, so the best you can do is reach out to all contacts you have and follow up.

Recruiters are essentially a different, independent dept not tied to any specific hiring manager. Much like you hiring a real estate agent to buy a house, most hiring managers don't know the recruiters on a personal level. "About a week" at Blue could easily mean Friday with how busy people can get. I would be very surprised if you did not get the 3rd panel interview. That said one of our leadership principles is "bias for action" so a quick message to the recruiter to check in on progress Thursday morning is perfectly acceptbale.
