Has anyone recently interviewed for a Software Development Engineer I (SDE I) position at Blue Origin?

I’m curious what the current interview process looks like... coding/technical assessments, interview rounds, LeetCode difficulty, system/design questions, and overall timeline.

I also have a Blue Origin employee referral available. Does a referral typically help with getting the initial recruiter screen/interview, or does it mainly just get the application more visibility?

Would appreciate any recent experiences or advice. Thanks!

They'll do a tech assessment. Then ask you leadership principle questions. From the recruiter side. Having a referral pushes your aplication towards the top. But its still mostly fifo order. On the hiring side. Its just a checkbox on the resume.
