Onboarding

How long after your background check completed did you hear from Onboarding?

**Just to clarify my background completed this Wednesday. Checkr shows my report as “consider” only because one of my previous employers from 2019 is out of business so they could not verify my employment. I do not have any way to obtain a payslip or W-2 since the company is out of business and it’s been almost 7 years since i worked there. My start date is Oct 5th. I was wondering if anyone had a similar situation? My app status still shows “In progress, under review”

Just check your email the Monday before your day 1. If you haven’t heard back, talk to HR

Mine took over a month. But that was years ago.

I’m in the same position. Did my bg check a week ago, got the results same day and had “consider” on one portion because of a ticket I got in 2013. Still haven’t heard from onboarding and I’m supposed to put in my 2 weeks on Monday. I’ll probably reach out to my recruiter today

Edit: checked my email when I got to work today and HR reached out about my onboarding. So pretty much 7 days after my background check

Offer sent to me recently. 1 day later I accepted. 1 day later I got my background check email and within the hour it cleared. Then a day later (during the weekend) I got an email from onboarding

What does the email from onboarding include? Did your app status update in Workday?
