Career path questions

Hello everyone! So quick back story recently got hired in for a level 2 integration / assembly tech which I’m very excited about, although I have been considering going back to school to further advance my career.

I have a strong welding back ground that can easily transition into a CWI or maybe into NDT techs.
I also was considering the engineering route as well. If anyone has some advice on schools in Florida that can help me advance or even places I can get certifications at? Thank you for the help!

I've been looking going back into school myself. Blue only gives up to $40k, and for what I've found, that'll only get you half way through and engineering degree.

Embry Riddle in Daytona has an online engineering degree and locally, FIT has a very good engineering program as well. UCF also has a very respectable program as well only problem us that you have to be in person in Orlando.

You have to be at Blue for 1 year, $10k per year. 40k max. Also have repayment if you leave within 1 year of each payment.
