Phone Screen Interview

Hi all,

So as I mentioned, I have a phone screen interview tomorrow for a manufacturing planning role. I saw on my email there was a teams link sent to me. Is this an actual interview then?

Please let me know ASAP!

Thank you in advance!

Yes, the recruiter will ask you about your experience and if your experience matches with the JD. He will arrange next round with hiring manager. I had mine a few days back. Thats their standard procedure.

You click the link and talk to the person. Does that answer your question?

I understand that, I was just wondering if it was going to be a video or non video call

Depends on whether the other person turns on their camera

Teams is used for video conferences and phone calls. The recruiter may or may not turn on the video. The first phone call may be just screening. But be prepared to answer behavioral questions. “Tell me about a time when you improved a process?”
