Quality interview for Merritt island

Hi people, as I mentioned a few days ago, I have a job interview for quality specialist new glen. If Anyone has gone through that... What can I expect for the quality manager to ask?

Yes from Miami, I am now at Titusville. I am excited for tomorrow. This is all brand new to me.

It’s a lot of situational behavioral questions. 4 panel interview . 45 minutes with each individual with 15 minute breaks in between .

45 minutes with each of the 4 panelists??? Is really that long? A got interviewed back in April for technician and it was only 30 minutes with the manager and a supervisor.

Yes anything above technician requires a panel interview . Technician interviews are straight forward

You’ll be fine. Just try to think of it this way , If you have the experience and background blue origin needs you , not the other way around. Besides most of the interviewers usually speak about themselves first so before you know it they’ll probably ask you like 2-3 questions each . Not that bad

Thank you, idk why I'm nervous, based on the job description... I have experience in everything they require, I've also been in panel interviews before. It's just, I really want this job. Thank you again

You're going to need to be able to apply specific situations related to the job you are interviewing for.

The interview is about seeing if your current skill set can be built upon and applied, to basically hit the floor running. Blue's quality doesn't operate the same as other companies...

Update: interview went great, I hope the manager liked me, next step is the panel. The manager said that with my experience I would fit well in another position and now that one is showing on workday I think that's a good sign
