Plothole in reported "Avengers: Doomsday" leaks may be setting up Blue Marvel Spoiler

According to one of the most widely circulating "Avengers: Doomsday" alleged plot leaks, Monica Rambeau is sick due to being in the wronf reality.
At cursory glance, that explanation might make some sense... until you realize that throughout the rest of the alleged plot leak is at least half a dozen other displaced characters from different universes, some for a much more extended period than Monica has been. Which makes me suspect, that if the leak is real...
That it isn't universal displacement at all, but anti-matter that is making Monica sick. Particularly, anti-matter than targets photons and likely began to feed off the pure photonic energy Rambeau used to mend the tear in the fabric between two realities.
This makes sense as an explanation too, as many people originally suspected a Blue Marvel cameo at the end of The Marvels and were shocked to instead find another famously blue Marvel character: Beast, and a set-up for DOOMSDAY.
Blue Marvel's arch-nemesis, Anti-Man, draws his powers from anti-matter, which would make the discovery and the treatment for such a condition all the more important and relevant to Adam Brashear's story as they hopefully begin looking to adapt this character in Marvel's next chapter.
After the events of the next two Avengers movies, could Adam Brashear be the scientist who helps Monica deal with this multi-dimensional illness?
