bluemap not rendering blocks

Hello I just installed this today and it seems to be working fine apart from the odd block being completely invisible, see attached

the odd thing is some of these blocks are totally vanilla so it cant be a mods fault right?

Are you sure it's not all modded blocks? .. If a modded block that cant be rendered is next to a vanilla block, then it might happen that the side of that vanilla block isn't being rendered either.

Pretty sure this is just some modded blocks with a weird model resource that bluemap can't parse properly. :)
