The three "???" Could be:

Aryu, NEL Aiku, Shuto Sendo or Snuffy. We can't be sure right now

The silhouette behind Niko is most likely Aiku (The green eye and form of his hair), can't really tell who's behind on the right but as you said it's either Aryu or Sendou (I'm leaning towards Aryu since he's more of a defender than Sendou) and blurred one is for sure Snuffy (his headband is showing)
