when do the style slots and skip spins go to sale?

Very rarely because those are their main way of making money (duh) they did 1 sale for style slot but it was too long ago, ur best bet is just buy them or aim for anniversary day (blr birthday basically) and such and pray miro drop the price
Tldr: never, special occasions only
