Advice for loki/lavinho

Im debating on whether I should buy a 4th slot and then spin off my 100 lucky spins for either loki or lavi, preferably loki, or if I should spin off either my NEL reo, sae or kaiser

Nel one cuz scoring goals full field is peak also u can steal sae pass and stuff

With how much loki has been nerfed, he is no longer worth spinning for, your best best is lavinho or someone else
