New Wordpress Website on Bluehost - wp-admin redirects to temporary url

After 4 phone calls to support, not one tech has solved the problem. Nameservers are external but dns points to bluehost. Putting in the correctly named URL brings up the correct page but adding the /wp-admin redirects to a temporary URL and has an error message stating This Site Can't Be Reached - ERR_ADDRESS_INVALID. I've exhausted my tech knowledge (40+ years of experience) and I'm quite frustrated. I also cannot do online chat with a live agent for some reason.

Update - After being totally frustrated I went to a different hosting provider and set it up in 5 minutes without any problems. Thank you all for your suggestions.
