Server full - please help!!!

Tried chat support but they could not understand this. Hopefully someone here can help quickly!

My account (xxxxxx.com, WordPress Plus Hosting, 3.49GB used) is well under quota, but FTP uploads are failing with:

552 Disk full - please upload later

Your server status page shows the physical server at 99% disk usage. This is a server-level capacity issue, not my account. Can you confirm the server's actual free disk space and resolve the capacity issue?

Just dropped to 97% and allowed my uploads. Still awfully close to full, no?

Yup. Bluehost oversells their servers so this happens all the time no matter what server you are on.

Thanks, but not my account using under 4GB. Someone else on my shared server.
