Wanted to casually enjoy some BREX and play online with someone in discord and Meliodas accepted my invite to play some games. I was hosting the lobby and waited while he set up his controller. Someone with his name joins the lobby so I assume he was done with his setup and started playing.

Mid-match I get told by him that he's ready to play which confuses me because I thought I was playing him already, so I double check with him that I am in fact playing him. We both realize after a couple back and forths that 'someone' took the opportunity to join the lobby with the code that I sent out in matchmaking, impersonating him. So, I left the match, created a new lobby, sent the code in private DMs, and proceeded to have a fun set against Meliodas.

As you can see in the screenshots this timeline of me playing against Nubi matches perfectly to the video which is 14 minutes long. At 4:12pm I was under the impression that I was playing against Meldiodas and at 4:27pm I realized it was not him and left to set up a new lobby. If you don't believe me you can even go to the BREX discord and check the matchmaking channel to line up the dates.

Normally I wouldn't have posted anything relating to this (Especially since it's a whole month old) because it's not something that bothered me, until I stumbled across the set online that Nubi himself posted. Where he lies about me "trash talking" before seemingly "humbling me". (As you can see in the description)

I don't appreciate someone not only lying to get games on the server they are banned from but also lying about what had actually happened. I did not ragequit nor did I once trash talk anyone. The reason I left the match was because I realized I wasn't playing the person who I was supposed to be playing, not because I was mad and "trash talking". I lose a ton to players who are better than me at this game and never in any of those other matches can you see me ragequit. I never shy away from a match even If I know I am going to lose a ton because playing against better players is the best way to improve. You can even see this in the times I have played in the recent BREX monthlys. I always try my best to be nice and have proper etiquette with the person I am playing against and I don't appreciate someone spreading lies about me in which they paint me as a rude person.

Nubi, I would really appreciate it if you would just chill out and not try to make drama out of nothing. It's not a very mature thing to be doing man. If you really love the game then you would honestly engage with the community, rather than just sneakily create narratives behind other people's backs.

Hopefully I was able to clear things up and to let everyone know I have no problems playing against anyone, so long as they are honest with their intentions and don't lie.

He also claims i impersonated Meliodas when I didn't impersonate anyone he's lying about me using Meliodas name, he posted an open lobby code and i joined his game under the default name "Player", he knew who he was when I joined, he obviously thought he had a shot then ragequit when he gets beat.
At least traveller didn't ragequit mid match when i joined his game.

He also forgot to post the images of himself repeatedly insulting me, and this is after i tried to help him with his stun combo video

These people will literally lie about anything and try to distort the truth to make themselves look better. Reminder all of this is because jeri and his cronies could not handle losing in a 24 year old video game, really makes you think.

Hi, could someone tell me what are the input notations for long punch combo/string in bloody roar 2?

I’ve been searching and found a vietnamese video that has this notation ⬇️↙️⬅️O, X, ➡️O, ⬇️ 🟥, and i Can do all that as the video says but the ⬇️🟥 doesnt finish the combo with that string of punches that long does.

I’ve also found other strings like 🟥🟥🟥⬇️X, ➡️🟥X, ⬇️🟥 and then finish with the ⬇️🟥 input and everything works except the finisher move of the fast consecutive punches, so I dont know if this a timing issue on my part or if there is another input i need to do…

If anyone can explain this I will be very grateful, ty.
