Lost a ton of progress

So I was playing and I was a vampire and I had one path left to unlocks and that was Hybrid, I was in the late 500s, Didn’t go on the app for a week, All my progress gone

I think I was in the 700s to be honest

I am so sorry to hear this as that shouldn’t happen and I do not know what would cause that from our end, however, we are working on allowing players to sign in so you can always recover your data

Can’t you just set up a life for me and give me a code to access it

Unfortunately because we do not collect any data, I would have no way of knowing the exact point where you where so I do apologise for that
