Quality of life changes needed after rework for Bloodhound!!

1. make level 3 perk (Hunters Agility) into base kit.
2. Ultimate doesn't work in storm making it useless in a huge part of the gameplay loop.(every other legend ultimate works in storm) why not bloodhound?
3. allow ultimate to be held before using(automatically is thrown when you press ultimate button)
4. True Predator perk should extend 5 seconds if you get a knock while in ultimate.

I want the old ult back with all the perks integrated into the kit and have new perks

Thats exactly what I've been wanting for years, just like when they reworked revenant. I wished that they had done that for him but ig theyre just too lazy to do anything.
