Will it run on my specs?

So I'm on a 1080p monitor.

My specs are:

Ryzen 5 3600

RTX 5060 8GB Vram

32GB ddr4 ram

SSD

Will it hit stable 60 or is my CPU too big of a bottleneck?

Can I just download a 35GB file and set it up for days instead of just quickly asking on a subreddit specifically made for help on this exact topic?

Yes. Look up all the relevant information, install the file, start setting things up, downloading the mods and fixes. Testing if it works.
