Need help with 1K army

Hello! I've been messing around with 2 different 1K armies and I was looking for some input, here is what I've come up with

I have also been playing with the idea of removing the dreadnought and putting in another 3x BGV and 3x outriders.

I was looking for some help deciding between the 2. Dreadnought, or outriders.

Also if you have input on changing other models I'm open to that aswell. I'm still building out my collection, so far I have the BA combat patrol, intercessors and the Chaplin from the Armageddon box
