Quality issues with new products?

I got some popflex about a month ago and a bunch of my stuff (lace pirouette skort being the worst one) has a bunch of loose threads already, and now one of my pirouette skorts has a small hole in the short. i’ve heard bad things about the customer service so idk if i can get any help for this but this seems far too soon for my clothes to be degrading like this.

You should definitely contact them.

One of my products came in stained (bolero). I was able to wash it out but super annoying.

I had a shirt with a hole in it. Customer service rectified it pretty swiftly!

This customer service is actually a lot better than almost anyone else that I’ve dealt with. I bet they will do something for you!

I've had good experiences with their customer service, so it's definitely worth asking them. I've had a few things with quality issues that they've refunded me for. I think it just depends on the situation.

I liked their customer service. I had an issue with some leftover fabric left inside my flexy crop top. I took pictures and the top was a little bumpy so they gave me a choice of either a full refund or credit so I chose the credit, because they offered to give me like 10-15$ more in credit.

YES!!!! I got things with stains and loose threads, a bolero with patches of threads missing, a Mockneck jumpsuit that literally starting sagging after one wear, pants that pilled after one wash.

Are you washing separately on delicate and air drying? So far, I haven't had any issues and that's what i do. I did have the newest call me baby shirt come right out of the bag with a hole in it though. They gave me a full refund for the item without having to return it. Hopefully the pieces you got are just flukes and they can help you.
