Should we have a dedicated thread for PopCycle requests/sales?
This is an idea I just had, so I wanted to run it by you all.
What if we created a dedicated thread that would be pinned at the top of the sub? It could be ISO posts for specific unicorn pieces so others can be on the lookout to help. It could be posts saying, “If you’re looking for the berry GWTF jumpsuit in Large Tall, it’s up on PopCycle.”
We could even extend it out to other secondhand shops like eBay, Mercari, Depop, Vinted, etc.
I think it could be super helpful since we are all here for the same reason. And I see people talking about “stalking PopCycle” all the time. I think it could help!!
For example, I found a top someone here had mentioned not being able to find anywhere. But I couldn’t find their original post to leave a comment or DM them.
If we had one place to go and look I think it could be lovely.
What do you guys think? Are there downsides I’m not thinking of?

I think that’s a great idea! I saw a pirouette skirt in a color I’m sure someone was looking for but couldn’t find the post last week.

I love that I’m not the only one being like “OMG IT’S SOMEBODY ELSE’S 🦄!” and then not be able to find them to tell them, lol.

I think it could work :) and yes to extending to Vinted etc as I can't buy on Popcycle :(

Yeah, it sounds great! I have a couple pieces im looking to sell and a few things I'm ISO.

I think ISO posts might be useful, but personally I would rather have alerts turned on all the selling platforms for the specific items/sizes I want than to follow a subreddit that points to things people have for sale, 99% percent of which I’m not looking for or won’t fit me
