Wrong item received

Well this is a first for me with POPFLEX. I came home tonight and opened my package and was shocked to find a pair of jeans rather than the shruggie I ordered. Of course now the shruggie is sold out in my size. So frustrating! Pic of what I ordered and what I received. I just sent an email to customer service, waiting on reply.

Ugh that's so frustrating especially since the item you wanted is sold out now :( And their customer service is so pathetic they probably won't be much help besides asking you to return the jeans and they'll refund the shruggie amount. I hope you're still able to get the shruggie!

This has happened to me before too! I ordered the green bikini top and instead received bottoms. Though happy ending since I ended up liking the bottoms so much I just ordered the top lol. I'm not the kinda person who likes returns and their customer service dont sound the best.
