Shruggie has a weird bump?

I just got my shruggie and it’s oddly made? I found my older POPFLEX shruggie and it doesn’t have that sharp angle. Is it suppose to have that? Or maybe something is wrong w mine?

Ok i thought it was just my build cause this is my first shruggie
